Hi... I'm Abi, the founder of SUTA VA.
I’ve always been someone who thrives on organisation and genuinely enjoys helping others feel less overwhelmed. After years working in admin and office-based roles, I found myself supporting a small business owner who was juggling way too much. I became their go-to for everything from quotes and invoicing to customer emails and diary management and I realised how much I loved being that dependable, behind-the-scenes support that helped their day run more smoothly.
That experience was the spark behind SUTA VA. I wanted to create something flexible, personal, and practical, a service where small business owners could get the support they need without the stress of hiring full-time staff. Now I get to work with passionate, hardworking people who just need an extra pair of hands they can trust. I offer support with Xero invoicing and billing, remote email and calendar management, document creation and formatting, customer service, and all those little admin jobs that keep your business ticking.
I’m reliable, friendly, and I bring a calm, get-it-done energy to every task. I know how busy life gets when you're running a business, and my goal is to make things feel lighter for you - to help you reclaim your time and focus on the parts of your work that matter most.
